Random Chess

This game was created for the Devs That Jam 36-hour Challenge #20, and honestly, it was a wild experience. I didn’t have the full 36 hours— I actually made it in just 12, completely solo. I had no design plan, which is why the visuals aren’t the strongest part of the game, and I definitely got tangled up with a few things along the way.

I wanted to add random events, like a meteor suddenly crashing in the middle of the map and destroying everything. I also planned to add an AI mode, but there just wasn’t enough time, so the game ended up being purely PvP. Still, despite all the chaos and time constraints, I’m really happy with how it turned out in the end.
